Arrival: Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so we can coordinate and ensure a member from our team is available to welcome you. If you’re arriving late or have any special requests, we’ll accommodate your schedule.



Parking: If you’re driving, a secure underground parking space is available to you at no extra cost. This ensures hassle-free parking right at the building.



Public Transportation: The apartment is easily accessible via public transportation (tram and bus stops are within walking distance), allowing you to explore the city and beyond with ease.

Please clean up after cooking and dispose of waste in the designated bins.



Heating & Air Circulation:

The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Adjust the temperature via the thermostat for your comfort.

Windows can be opened for fresh air, but please close them when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.



Bathroom:

Towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided.



Please avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper to prevent blockages.



Garbage & Recycling:

Basel has strict waste separation policies.

Please sort your waste into the appropriate bins:

General Trash, Recyclables, Organic Waste



House Rules:

No smoking inside the apartment.

No parties or excessive noise, especially after 10:00 PM.

Please be respectful of the neighbors and common areas.
