"Everything was good except the room that was very small (Named the cabin which it certainly was. No wardrobe two people couldn’t pass by the bottom of the bed at the same time, luckily my wife and I are not big anyone bigger would have trouble. As we were only staying for 2 nights we decided to put up with it. Have to say the staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the our breakfast’s and dinner."

"This was an excellent find. It seemed much cheaper than booking the equivalent property through the holiday park itself. The caravan had a lovely outdoor seating area, it was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you would need from oven, full sized fridge and decent freezer, air fryer, microwave, cafetières. We also had full free use of the facilities, including an indoor and outdoor pool and evening entertainment. I would highly recommend this property and hope to book again next year! Thank you so much!"

"The little gypsy caravan was lovely and quaint, an experience in itself, everywhere was immaculate and clean, well organised, the continental breakfast was beautiful with a wide range and fresh fruit, the owner recommended we're to eat in the village and drink, it's was excellent to, nice and friendly, overall an excellent experience"

"Our stay was fine and the home was comfortable, very clean and tidy. We did not use the facilities in the holiday park but many others staying nearby seemed to be having fun, especially families with children. We enjoyed the use of the porch very much each evening after spending time in Barton on Sea with our friend. Alison was an excellent host who helped us with several matters. Her responses were timely and pleasant which helped us feel comfortable. The only less than great thing is that the house smelled strongly of cleaning products which bothered my adult daughter but we were able to keep lots of windows open to minimize this."

Bed and sofa’s very comfortable.Will definitely return asap!Kate, the host was helpful and her communication was brilliant.Only negative if anything is that it looked as though it needs a little bit of TLC.
