"O flat é super bem localizado, bem perto da praia, e dá pra fazer tudo a pé, como ir à padaria, ao supermercado e à academia, tudo muito próximo. A academia do prédio é sensacional, muito bem equipada, e o flat é completamente equipado com utensílios de cozinha.
