Overall is good, but the hotel needs some updates. They should put more elevators since is a big hotel, There is no parking available You can park at the street which during the day could be a pain in the ass. But overall breakfast was good

Buy mattress sheets!!

Great hotel. Right at beach front and restaurants and shops and very safe. The room was clean and house keeping was very accessible and helpful. However you should really, really, really invest on purchasing mattress sheets with the elastic bands the grab the mattress. What is up with using regular sheets on the mattress?? Have of the time, after a few tosses and turns during the night, one ends up sleeping on the bare mattress. Thank goodness it was clean. Nevertheless, it was still gross.

O hotel ñ condiz com as fotos. A única coisa boa é a localização. O atendimento da recepção é o pior que já vi em todo o mundo. São arrogantes, grosseiros e mal humorados. Tratam todos os hóspedes muito mal e sempre com a cara feia como se estivesse fazendo um favor. O café da manhã é razoável, mas é difícil conseguir mesas pq eles não limpam as mesas que ficam com louças empilhadas. Minha colega teve de pagar um valor em duplicidade pq o hotel afirmou que ela ñ tinha sido pago mesmo a gente mostrando o comprovante de pagamento. E ainda disseram que se não pagassem a gente não entraria no hotel. Repito: mesmo a gente mostrando o comprovante de pagamento. Eles disseram que não tínhamos enviado com antecedência e por isso o sistema não reconhecia e como era sábado, mesmo a gente mostrando o comprovante, o sistema só liberaria na segunda-feira. O pior disso foi a forma como os recepcionistas nos trataram, de forma grossa, como se não tivéssemos pago e falando alto na frente de todo mundo. Foi uma situação muito vexatória. Outra colega deixou o cartão do quarto na recepção e disseram q ela não tinha deixado e ela teve q pagar uma taxa extra de 50 reais. Pedimos as imagens das câmeras para comprovar que ela tinha entregue o cartão e eles disseram que não forneciam. Enfim, se vc não quiser ser verdadeiramente tratado como um lixo não venha a este hotel. O quarto é grande, mas a cortina é toda rasgada o que faz com que logo cedo o sol esteja na sua cara. Toalhas sujas e velhas.

As pessoas fazem muitas críticas e você acaba se assustando com as avaliações e ficando com receio de se hospedar. Sei que cada experiência é unica, mas o hotel cumpre com oque promete conforme o custo benefício. O café é farto não tem muita variedade mas é delicioso no que oferece e apesar de muito cheio a reposição é rapida. Eu fiquei no anexo e o quarto estava bastante limpo as camas confortáveis o ar condicionado gelava e nao tinha mau cheio. Funcionários sempre solícitos. O Hotel esta passando por reformas e acredito que precisa dr mais funcionários pra atender a demanda. As áreas externas precisam de atenção na limpeza mas nada que venha impactar na experiência. Gostei da estadia e espero voltar em breve!

O quarto que nós colocaram primeiro além de não ser o que pagamos, estava com Cheiro de morfo. E por sermos 3, era apertado. Então trocamos para um de quatro que foi o que pagamos, porém não idêntico, pois como estávamos de casal e com a sogra, queríamos privacidade, e escolhemos o quarto quádruplo pois nas fotos ao reservamos era um só quarto porém com divisórias e ainda tinha varanda, a qual no que nós colocaram não tinha. Além disso, o café da manhã não tinha variedade, e nem tinha opção de pedir algo pra ser feito. A piscina estava cheia de areia do dia q chegamos ao dia que partimos, o que nos sugere que n foi limpa.

Dois pontos que não gostei no hotel alguns funcionário da rede Andrade da Barra na recepção estão sempre de cara fechada se responde oque perguntamos , as moças que trabalham no café algumas tbm , mas tem outras de educação de atenção foi show , e as camareiras só poe 1 tapete no quarto e tbm levam as toalhas e não deixam de volta !
