Overall is good, but the hotel needs some updates. They should put more elevators since is a big hotel, There is no parking available You can park at the street which during the day could be a pain in the ass. But overall breakfast was good

Buy mattress sheets!!

Great hotel. Right at beach front and restaurants and shops and very safe. The room was clean and house keeping was very accessible and helpful. However you should really, really, really invest on purchasing mattress sheets with the elastic bands the grab the mattress. What is up with using regular sheets on the mattress?? Have of the time, after a few tosses and turns during the night, one ends up sleeping on the bare mattress. Thank goodness it was clean. Nevertheless, it was still gross.

Fiquei hospedado no Andrade Barra Hotel, em Salvador, por 5 dias e tive uma experiência bastante insatisfatória. O café da manhã é extremamente repetitivo, com pouquíssimas opções — praticamente não há variedade de frutas. As camas apresentam buracos no meio, o que compromete o conforto. O atendimento de alguns recepcionistas foi em tom de deboche, como se estivessem saturados do trabalho. Além disso, esqueci um cartão no refeitório durante o café da manhã e, mesmo tendo certeza de que foi lá, me disseram que não havia sido encontrado e ainda me obrigaram a pagar R$50, antecipadamente, para substituição. Solicitei as filmagens do local para comprovar, mas tive meu pedido negado. De forma geral, percebi funcionários visivelmente desgastados, o que reflete diretamente na qualidade do atendimento.

DECEPCIONANTE

O estacionamento é pago e caro. Reservei 2 quartos com vista, mas somente um tinha. As toalhas e cobertas manchadas. Em um dos quartos, as tolhas não deveriam servir nem pra pano de chão, rasgadas e com manchas horríveis. Nao foi possível usar. O cheiro dos quartos estava terrivel, fedor de esgoto e ar condicionado sujo. O ralo do banheiro do apt 707 entupido e toda vez que iamos banhar, alagava o box. Pelo valor pago e localização, esperava coisa mais decente, mas foi uma completa decepção. Sem falar na mini tv com imagem péssima. Ficamos por 6 dias e não trocaram o enxoval, mesmo tendo reclamado na recepção mais de uma vez. Somente o café da manhã que estava bom. Variedades de bolos, pães e bebidas. Basicamente, não compensou.

Um otimo hotel para estadas curtas.

Um hotel que entrega o que dele se espera. Excelente localização. Perto de tudo! Atente para a categoria "popular". Funcionários as vezes cansados, mas totalmente crompreensivel! Um detalhe que ajudaria bem seria a adoção de uma politica de late chek out realmente orientada pela ocupação diária e nao simplesmente nao ter. No geral, uma ótima escolha!

Não tenho muito o que reclamar, fui com um pouco de medo pelos comentários, porém foi muito tranquila minha estadia, atendimento super cordial, café da manhã ok, realmente os moveis e o edifício no geral já estão bem ultrapassados, no quarto que eu estava o banheiro não tinha exaustor, dependendo do que fizesse ficava um cheirinho por um tempo, ele tem uma estrutura de que em algum tempo já foi bem moderno porém com a falta de manutenção foi se estragando, a localização é perfeita, pelo valor creio que vale muito a pena.

Hotel decadente e impossível de dormir

Péssimo, logo ao fazer o check in aparece uma barata vindo deu o título pra sua avaliação em direção dos meus pés, hotel decadente e sem os devidos reparos. No quarto você escuta tudo do lado de fora, inclusive dos quartos vizinhos. Antes do checkout de 12:00 já te ligam apressando para você sair. Café da manhã um desastre acaba tudo rápido e poucos funcionários no café.

Boa localização

O hotel apesar de ter uma boa localização, estava com a piscina em manutenção, elevador alguns relatos de pessoas que ficaram pressas em um deles, ainda bem que não passei por essa situação. Acho que a limpeza deveria ser bem melhor pois o ambiente acaba parecendo mais velho, faltam manutenções nos quartos e um grande problema a questão de ter apenas a tomada da tv e uma tomada no banheiro sendo bastante complicado para várias pessoas carregam seus aparelhos. O que valeu muito foi a questão de ficar localizado no Porto da Barra, onde tinham muitas opções por perto de comidas, artesanatos e dava pra ir caminhando para o Farol da Barra.

Incrível, atendimento, café da manhã, quarto, localização do hotel, lugar e ambiente tranquilo e sossegado, recepcionistas são ótimos perfeitos, tudo muito bom. Piscina estava em reforma, porém não fez falta. Equipe do hotel são bons mesmo.

Se vale da localização, mas precisa de reforma

O hotel é muito bem localizado, tem café da manhã bem ok, mas peca muito na limpeza e não sei se é culpa da equipe, mas da conservação do hotel que deixa a desejar e muito. O lado positivo sem dúvida é a localização e equipe super solícita. Algo que não me afetou, mas ouvi alguns hóspedes reclamando: fomos surpreendidos com a piscina em manutenção. Se não foi uma emergencia, deveria ter sido avisado sem dúvida.
