Staff friendliness, good breakfast option. Didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking in south america whereas I don't pay in most cities in usa. Also no coffee maker in the room or common areas. No microwave to heat water. These should be looked into as most customers frowned at that

All of the windows in the hotel have moisture in between the glass, so most of the windows need to be replaced because you can't see anything through them, it makes the rooms dark and you can't see outside.
