The view of downtown Brooklyn was refreshing in the height of winter. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting New York City, perfect location with a lot of good sights within walking distance. "I stayed in New York with my family for Christmas, and overall it was very good. The beds were comfortable, but the floor and carpet weren't cleaned daily. During our 7-day stay, the carpet and floor were only cleaned once. Perhaps due to the holidays, toilet paper and tissues weren't replenished promptly; we had to call reception to have them delivered."
