The service was great and the room was clean and nice. One complaint though is that when you arrive, the door staff is all over you to take your bags and usher you into the building, however, when it is time to leave they don't assist anyone with anything. I observed it on two occasions where persons were struggling with their suitcases and opening the door and no one assisted. Then when it was my turn to leave the same thing happened. Service must be consistent from the beginning to the end.
