Supermarket 450 m, restaurant, bar 240 m, bus stop "Illa Fantasia" 200 m, railway station "Premia de Mar" 2.1 km. Sports harbour 1.5 km, marina 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 23 km, Illa Fantasia 290 m, Mataro 9 km, Roca Village 19 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
