Va ser adquirit l'any 1737, durant la Guerra de Successió, pel marquès de Werboom, enginyer general de ca:Felip V, que li encarregat de la construcció de la Ciutadella de Barcelona. L'any 1882, va ser adquirida per Joan Grasses, que va afegfir el magnífic barri barroc d'accés al mas, que encara conserva les inicials al barri de ferro. Gòtic del segle XIII, a ca:Premià de Dalt.
Casa pairal de la família Botey, una de les masies més antigues de Premià de Dalt. Adquirida el segle XVIII per Pere Moles. D'estil gòtic, dels segles XIII o XIV, a ca:Premià de Dalt.
