We stayed at Hotel Turin in Barcelona for three nights and really enjoyed our time there. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after exploring the city. The air conditioning worked well, which was especially important during the warm summer days. Each morning, we looked forward to the breakfast buffet. There was a nice variety of fresh cakes, different kinds of bread, and eggs, which gave us a good start to the day. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from many main attractions. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

We stayed at this hotel in Barcelona for four nights and overall appreciated the location and staff. The checkin process was smooth. However, on our last night, we had an unfortunate experience. At around 6:00 a.m., water started leaking from the bathroom ceiling due to the guest upstairs taking a shower. This was startling and disruptive, especially at that hour. When we reported it to the front desk, the only solution offered was to move us to another room. While the staff member at the desk did apologize in person, there was no follow-up, and no outreach from management to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation. For a hotel of this standard, I would have expected more proactive communication and care to ensure guests feel valued, especially after such an incident. This was disappointing.

Very scary receptionist

the receptionist yelled at me terribly in the middle of the night. The reason was I knocked the door strongly, because it was locked and noone was around. I was afraid of staying outside. He stood up and opened the door, and started to yell at me, I was shocked but he didnt stop. I screamed back but I was so scared, I was about to call the police. Ps, he was a man screaming an alone 6months pregnant woman at 1am.. Don’t stay at this place..

Piacevolmente gratta con la accoglienza di Hamed. Siamo arrivati alle 6 del mattino dopo un volo cancellato e l'accoglienza di Hamed ci ha fatto venire voglia di continuare. Posto super pulito, moderno, personale gradevole e professionale. Voglio tornare e soggiornare qui solo per l'accoglienza, la pulizia e per avere tutto vicino, un isolato dalla Rambla. Nice, convenient, clean, good price

Very convenient hotel with an excellent location and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was very clean, the shower was nice, and breakfast was included. Although the buffet is small, it offers Spanish dishes that are tasty and satisfying. The staff was friendly, and overall everything was good. Great value for the price—I would definitely come back.

特筆すべきは朝食の素晴らしさでしょう。 チーズやハム、パンやケーキなどそれぞれ数種類ずつあり、選ぶのに迷うくらい揃っていて、連泊してもいろいろ選べて楽しめた。ミックスジュースも果肉感があり、毎朝飲めるのが幸せだった。 シングルルームには窓があったが、外の光を取り入れる役割と考えた方が良く、眺望は望めない。自分の部屋は浴室に窓があり、日中は非常に明るかった。湯温や湯量も満足。部屋の広さは、スーツケースが機内持ち込みサイズなら特に問題なく快適だったが、大きなスーツケースは広げるのが難しいかもしれない。エアコンがついていて冷房も良く冷える。小さな冷蔵庫があるのもありがたい。初日のみ水のペットボトルが冷蔵庫に冷やされていた。清掃やタオルの交換、ベッドメイキングも毎日あり、清潔。浴室に小さな這う虫を見つけたが、自ら隠れてくれたので問題なし。 このホテルはガイドブックで治安の良くない地域に位置していて、なるほどと思う空気感はあったものの、夜23時過ぎにホテルに帰った夜も危険なことは何もなかった。さすがにホテル玄関のドアは施錠されていたが、フロントにはスタッフが待機していてロック解除してくれるのでセキュリティも問題なし。

Location of the hotel is very prime with easy access to everything, including the metro. The elevator is a bit small but it gets the job done and it is relatively fast. Good AC. Good staff.
