The staff was kind ,friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and clean .the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, walking distance to Major Madrid landmarks and very close to subway station.The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options. Great stay in great location!

Great location and everything was within walking distance or easy metro ride away. Room was spacious by European standards and the small balcony was a nice touch. Always felt safe in the area day or night and would definitely stay here again.

Great central location for a reasonable price. Staff were pleasant and unintrusive. Would have liked a fridge that worked and a kettle for coffee in the morning but not a deal breaker. Would recommend if you're after no fuss but I think we'd want more facilities and space travelling as a family next time.
