Pleasant and modern

A nice modern hotel in the Eixample neighborhood. The room was exactly as picture. Close enough to Passeig de Gracia and Placa Catalunya to walk--even Sagrada Familia with a little bit of effort. We enjoyed the huge window with a view of the courtyard and a little playground. It was good having coffee in the room, too, something that we did not find everywhere we stayed. Did not use the minibar, but appreciated the fridge. Not being Europeans, we found the shower controls a bit challenging to figure out, but eventually got it. The staff was very friendly.

Great location, average hotel.

Great area. Lovely, lovely restaurants and safe to walk. Room big. Overall very disappointed. Room cold as heating didn't work. Hotel alarm went off at 6am. Noisy, as thin walls.
