Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff and delicious food in the restaurant. Only bad thing was that the heating didn’t work and changing room didn’t help - probably the central heating was not yet on.

Poor aircon

Nice pool and spacious room spoilt by rubbish aircon and poor quality pillows which resulted in a restless nights sleep. In the morning it was cooler outside than in a room with aircon set for max cooling. Food was ok. Desk very good. I would not return

Nice hotel just outside Granollers.

Nice rooms, clean and light. I will for sure return here another time. You need a car or taxi to go to Granollers city which only is 5-10 min away. There is a lot of good restaurants in Granollers but the hotel have also some nice opportunities for food.

Easy check in and check out. A lot if space for parking and charging stations for electric cars. The breakfast buffet has a lot to choose from and the orange juice is freshly squeezed from the machine. Restaurant staff and food is excellent. Rooms get cleaned every day and replenished with clean towels. Very quiet area and nice pool. Worth every penny.

Good position, very warm rooms.

Perfectly positioned in an elevated position giving great views and just off the motorway AP7 so good for transiting. Lovely, clean and modern, reception staff good, restaurant staff a little stiff. Only bad thing was that the rooms were very warm. Air conditioning inadequate.

Reasonable quality of stay near Barcelona

Stayed one night. Room near end of corridor on ground floor… sound insulation seems ok. shower was worst, easily made a floor of water. Not much wall socket for charging. Good breakfast.

The staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast was great! It kept me full until late afternoon. The fresh press orange juice and baked tomatoes are a must. The hotel is a bit secluded and far from Barcelona. It takes about 1 hour 30 with public transportation. Transit can be a challenge. Only one bus at every hour until 8:45 pm

Just one problem--but a very annoying one

The hotel was perfect for our purposes. Close to the autopista so our friends could easily pick us up. Clean, good and plentiful breakfast, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, and very friendly staff. The only reason I did not give the hotel 5 stars in my review is that when I reserved the room, I did so especially because its website advertized a free shuttle from the airport. When I called two days before I arrived in order to reserve the shuttle, I was told that they didn't have one! I was told to take the train to Montmelo and then I could take a taxi to the Hote. Because I would be arriving in Montmelo quite late, the receptionist said she could send a taxi to the train station to pick me up. Once I got on the train to Montmelo, I called the hotel again and asked that they send the taxi to meet me at my 12:03AM arrival time and they said they would. By 12:18AM I was the only person waiting at the Taxi Stand in a quite deserted plaza outside of the station so I called again. It was as if the earlier call had never taken place but she said she would send someone now but it might take as long as another 15 or 20 minutes. This time it arrived just as I was in the process of checking with the front desk again. The driver was friendly, the taxi was clean, and the rest of my check in merited a great rating but the experience of getting from the airport to the hotel was clearly not what I would expect from a 4 Star hotel.
