Trés décus !

Appartement paraissant clair propre et lumineux d'aprĂšs les photos.DĂ©trompez-vous !Des travaux sont en cours avec des Ă©chafaudages derriĂ©re chaque fenĂȘtre !L'agence SH Barcelona qui gĂ©re la location ne nous a pas prĂ©venus des travaux en cours, bruit tous les matins Ă  partir de 08h30, impossible de se reposer sereinement.Leur site web pour recuperer les cles bugue, ils nous annoncĂ© un retrait gratuit des clĂ©s alors que le site oblige a rĂ©gler 70 euros, beaucoup peuvent tomber dans le panneau et payer pour rien, ce que nous avons bien sĂ»r Ă©viter mais il a fallu plusieurs Ă©changes whatsapp avec l'agence et mĂȘme faire intervenir Abritel.L'agence ne se met pas Ă  la place des touristes.Informations peu claires et relances multiples pour avoir des reponses ou precisions.La machine Ă  laver ne fonctionnait pas, mĂ©me s'ils nous ont proposĂ© de nous rembourser les frais de laverie mais pas de temps pour rester plusieurs heures en laverie.Nous avons pu croiser les propriĂ©taires du logement directement ( ils sont trĂ©s gentils ) nous nous attendions a un geste commercial ou une remise sur le prix de la locations vu les circonstances.Aucun retour pour le momentNous aurions prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© ĂȘtre prĂ©venu qu'il y avait des travaux.Il y a beaucoup de places de parking gratuites aux alentours du logement.MĂȘme l'agence ne savait pas nous le dire ! En nous retorquant simplement que le parking Ă  Barcelone est payant. nous a
