"Nice stay. We went out of season so island and hotel very quiet. Lovely service from B&B owner. Booked a family room with breakfast but ended up with two rooms...not an issue for us. No breakfast being served either, again not an issue as bakery just up the road. It was our of season so I think these were more of a miscommunication with hotels.com. Great location for Barano beach, easy to reach using no 5 bus from main bus station from ischia port."
"Tricky to get to but beautiful! Note: NO AIR CONDITIONERS. Unforgettable for a first trip to Ischia. Despite the name this hotel is NOT in Sant Angelo it is properly in Maronti. To get there you can drive up to the Maronti and then its *pedestrian only* to the hotel down a set of stairs then on thin boardwalk, sidewalk cement, and a few stair steps. It’s a 10 min walk— perfectly lovely without luggage but a bit of a pain with it. So just know that! Once you’re there, it’s perfectly secluded with...
"This place is like
Your italian home outside your home.very cute, the family extremely friendly and niceee!we loved our stay!the only issues were with no A/C on the hottest day ever, and some miscommunication to reach the property.overall very happy,😊"
"Me gustó mucho todo, mucha amabilidad de toda la gente, desde Ernesto hasta todo su personal, el lugar es único, y lo que noe gustó para nada fue haberme tenido que ir, pero volveré y me quitaré las ganas de estar más días. Bello lugar, bello hotel, bella gente. Gracias Ernesto y equipo por tanto..."
"I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Mandorla in Ischia, and it was truly an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service.
La Mandorla is perfectly situated, offering breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The hotel’s proximity to the beach made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sun and sea. Additionally, it’s just a short drive from Ischia’s main attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the island.

"Really nice, genuinely friendly and knowledgable staff, especially the maitre d'. The only thing that lets it down is saying it has full spa facilities; it has many treatment rooms and professional staff, but apart from an outdoor pool and a smaller indoor one, no sauna rooms, experience rooms, foot baths, whirlpool baths or anything like the range of facilities that other **** Terme hotels on the island have (e.g. Parcoverde Terme, in the town of Ischia).
We'd rate it 3.5 out of 5 if we...
