"Had a really great stay at this hotel. The location was super convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout the trip. They were also genuinely trying their best to accommodate my needs, which I really appreciated. The breakfast also had an excellent selection with plenty of delicious options to choose from. "Property is well located with MRT within short walking distance. Lots of good eateries around the area. The night market is also close by with the wharf for the night view. A convenience store was 2 doors away. The room is of a good size n the bed was comfortable. I didnt open the window as the noise fm the wet market downstairs could b heard. The hotel is likely a renamed new hotel as the old name Nine Hotel was more visible on arrival to hotel. There are small steep steps to take to enter the hotel for check in on the 2nd floor so be aware of this if you hv heavy luggage. I was lucky there was a helpful front desk staff to help me bring up my luggage. I thought the shared lounge was a bit small to accommodate minimal people. "
