"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all.
However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel.
The breakfast was not bad too.
The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...
"Best location in Zakopane if you are there for nature and hikes rather than souvenir bonanza and get-me-the-smoked-cheese crowd control in Zakopane center. The hotel is less than 3 years old, very fresh and with super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel restaurant is gourmet level but be aware only open Thursday-Sunday (both dinner and lunch). "

"It was wonderful and cozy. They got the parking lot and the water was soooo hot. It was so wonderful and i would like to go there once again. But just one thing was the problem. "Fantastic location in the heart of the buzzy shopping area, set against the backdrop of Tatra mountains. Beautiful verandah and orangery to sit in for dinner and breakfast respectively with gorgeous views. Restaurant staff was lovely and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and firm but the pillows were odd and very thin. Room was comfortably large enough, some little spots weren’t clean (dust on bed headrest, wall on bathroom) but overall good. Will return for the location and the lovely breakfast"
