The hotel location is beautiful and from the outside looks beautiful. Very poor sound proof rooms. Can hear the slightest sound from the next room. We were literally whispering to each other. One good thing noticed was free and safe parking.

Beautifully situated hotel. Possibility of using Zakopane thermal baths. The meals were very tasty. The downside was the breakfast time. The cafeteria opened a bit too late for early departures. All the staff knew the area very well. Their suggestions for local attractions were invaluable. Even in bad weather they helped us find the right program. Mr. Maciej from the reception and Mrs. Lucja were irreplaceable in this. Janusz Dziuba.

Super nice hotel with beautiful view of mountains from Your room and at the breakfast:) every room have balcony with option to sunbath. Very friendly reception staff and speak English, especially Emil, please listen to his advices and You will save Your time and money đŸ€‘ free sauna+ billiard ar the hotel. For Spa options You will have to go to termy zakopianskie aprox 18km.

I cannot accept for a Hotel which permit animals, I cannot go to the restaurant for having breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have to eat outside of the building, it started to rain very strongly. The man at the reception was pretty good, but I cannot say the same for a non warm welcome lady we saw at the night->morning.

Ciekawa ekonomiczna opcja w spokojnej okolicy

Rodzinny wyjazd do poƂoĆŒonego pięknie, lecz na uboczu hotelu, ktĂłremu niebawem stuknie póƂwiecze. Pokoje wygodne, acz osobna toaleta bez umywalki trochę dziwiƂa. Szczęƛliwie Ć‚ĂłĆŒka, materace i poƛciel nowe i ƛwietnym stanie - reszta wyposaĆŒenia juĆŒ wiekowa (w tym kineskopowe TV). Procedury restauracyjne pamiętają jak sądzę dzieƄ otwarcia obiektu (w 1971 roku); doƛć powiedzieć, ĆŒe posiƂki acz syte odbiegają mocno od prezentowanych na fotografiach. Personel co do zasady bardzo stara się pomĂłc goƛciom. Wifi niestety nie pozwala na zdalną pracę na ĆŒywo (ani tele ani wideo konferencje). PowyĆŒsze moĆŒna podsumować negatywnie, lecz moje wraĆŒenie jest jednak pozytywne - Value for money byƂo dobre: 1. RĂłĆŒne pory ƛniadaƄ; w tym moĆŒliwoƛć zamĂłwienia suchego prowiantu. 2. ƚniadania syte, lecz prawie identyczne kaĆŒdego dnia. (niestety kawa tylko rozpuszczalna) 3. Czyste i przestronne pokoje, z balkonami i pięknym widokiem za oknem. 4. Bilety do zakopiaƄskiego aquaparku w cenie pokoju. 5. Bus do Polanicy BiaƂczaƄskiej w cenie pokoju. Prawdopodobnie tam wrĂłcimy, acz ƛniadania i wifi mogƂyby się poprawić :)
