Zakopane itself is an amazing place, lively and food is amazing. We enjoyed the culture and the people and the hiking. We got everywhere on foot mostly, took a while, but we got there in the end, averaging 30,000 steps a day.
Beautiful and accessible for all. A very well-run area. Perfect for beginners and experts alike. Also very child friendly. A perfect wilderness recreation area for those that want a blend of wilderness and amenity.
My favorite place. Always nice no matter what time of the year. Good food everywhere plenty shopping
