"- I was checked in the first room. The air conditioner was not cold. I walked to inform the receptionist and she walked to check for me. Then let me change to another room, but the other room doesn't have hot water or warm water ,The machine doesn't work. It was very late at that time. "Have stayed more than 10 times at this hotel and as usual, the staff & service are excellent. Only complaint that I have for this trip is that the mattress in my room was slightly lumpy and too soft. As a result, I suffered from lower back pain for quite a few days. I will stay again in this hotel when I go back to Phuket, if the rates are still good. "
