"This is a new hotel located in a residential area. It’s a no-frills place that offers everything a traveler might need: a clean room, basic toiletries (including a toothbrush and toothpaste), a washer and dryer, and an elevator. Since it's in a residential neighborhood, there are plenty of local eateries within a one-minute walk. I had the best Tom Yum shrimp soup with rice and a drink for just $7 including tip! "Everything was exactly as described. Older space but quite spacious. Storage was ample. A/C cooled perfectly. The room had everything one needs, including a wine opener. Beds were reasonable. Housekeeping was fantastic. We were on the 3rd floor. The view was blocked. Thats the only negative."

"This hotel could be fabulous, but there are a few teething problems still. No balcony furniture, had to request this. Husband cut his foot on parasol base, razor sharp edges on metal parts. The response from the onsite manager and team was very good though. No sauce pans in rooms despite there being a hob! Had to request this from reception. No instructions for microwave / oven or dishwasher (which had no cutlery holder). Bed is comfortable, though pillows a little firm for my liking. Breakfast...
