"We had an AMAZNG TIME. When we arrive the staff welcomed us warmly and knew that we were returning after 20 years! I had a knew accident and they had a doctor come immediately and set me up at a fabulous local hospital where i got A+ treatment -- and wheni returned there were flowers in the room with a Get well card signed by the staff. We had a wonderful time and were treated like family. Thanks so much! We lover the Oriental!"

"The hotel is perfect, clean, nice, big, and has a very good spa. You need to make sure that your room has spa access included, otherwise, you have to pay additionally to use it. We had to pay additionally and we didn't regret it. If you find malls a bit far from the hotel, they have a shuttle minivan to take you there. Right outside of the hotel, there are plenty of dining, coffee, and dessert options. There is a supermarket, beauty salon, and even an aesthetic clinic right outside. Probably...

"The club is not really worth it it’s a nice hotel but they upcharge for late checkout 2000 baht even if you have the club access I stayed in a skyline suite very expensive and they still upcharge me for a 3 hour late check out .. they do have a pretty nice hotel and great breakfast nice area close to good stuff but just book a regular room the nice ones aren’t much better but cost way more "

Down the street from Chinatown, where everyone goes for best street food in the world. Can’t ask for better location. Breakfast was terrific, but ask for receipt when purchasing at checkin due to other reviews. Cons: right outside hotel, extreme poverty, no action to work with community to clean up area, or make access to Yaowarat Road easy to find, and got very lost...

"This hotel was nice overall, the check in process took a while & our bags coming up to the room was also delayed. I was a little disappointed that I booked VIP but the only VIP bonus was a couple extra beers & there was no complimentary room upgrade available. It was my birthday and they did not have the room decorated prior to check in. Overall the staff was nice but the stay could’ve been better. Hotel is pretty conveniently located."
