After a misunderstanding regarding number of beds in the room we had booked, they helped us upgrade and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The concierge was wonderful, so helpful and service minded.

It is a great spot close to mrt good restsurants close by, but the internet is terrible. The tv is from the late 90s . The staff are nice but the web infrastructure is very poor. It is not setup for business travellers, i wont stay here again

Great hotel to explore Bangkok

Good location right next to St Louis BTS station. Also eateries nearby, and even a food court and supermart just 100-150m away. Yet it’s not busy and is in fact quite a serene place to stay at. Big rooms, well equipped. Love it

Was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which was a nice surprise. The onsite spa Chapter 6 Sathorn is excellent with amazing massage therapists. BTS Skyline station right outside with easy access to river ferries. Definitely recommend.

This is the best hotel I ever stayed in Bangkok. I stay here with my wife around 4 to 5 times a year. The staff is so great. This hotel I very love it. It feels like home to me. They like to give us an upgrade to 2 bedroom suit but only me and my wife stay there. We don’t need an extra room. I would prefer we get free breakfast instead for the upgrade.

Good location but old

The location is good, there is health land and supermarket near by, next to BTS, easy to access everywhere. However the facilities are very old, many amenities in the room are not well functioning or broken, especially toilet flushing. That's unpleasant stay. The staffs are nice and try their best to help.

This was a great mid trip hotel as it had a washer and dryer in our room. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Great view from our balcony. Unfortunately we were not able to unlock the slider to access our balcony, so wasn't able to enjoy it to the fullest. Kitchen was great with full sized refrigerator. Close to transportation but felt like we were about 30 to 40 minutes away by train from most tourist attractions. Swimming pool was excellent but not heated. Would I stay again, absolutely.
