This listing is the luxury apartment located next to BTS skytrain ARI station. This apartment is located in the prime and central area of Bangkok but surprisingly very quiet because of many trees surround the apartment. This apartment project consist with low rise and high rise buildings. My apartment is located in the low rise building. The environment is very quiet and very private. You can access the high rise building to use sky gym, pool and lounge. The apartment unit itself has kitchen, washer, private bathroom, walkin closet, air conditioning, balcony, fridge, 5 foot queen size bed. and android TV with router wifi. Also, there is a working desk and chair in the unit itself. 2 persons couch is at the end of the bed for relaxing and leaving your belongings. Drying racks are provided in the balcony area. You can cook in the unit but only light to general cooking only. Black out curtain and drape are installed at the balcony door to keep the light out days and nights.

Moreover, you can roam anywhere in Bangkok easily by skytrain walking distance only 200meters only. There are many awesome restaurants, cafes, nightlife bars and open market to the community mall located next to the apartment. The location is no doubt you need no effort to reach anywhere in Bangkok and around the apartment is just extremely convenience.

The apartment is equipped with coin charge washer and dryer however, there is a private washer in your unit and balcony for drying. From infinity view gym, pool and sky lounge are in the main building. There is also a convenience store and pharmacy store located just on the entrance of the building. The building have 24 hours security and many friendly staffs.

For the carpark has charge 1500baht/30 nights.

This is an amazing rare&luxury apartment located in the heart of commercial area of Bangkok. Reaching Siam, central world, pratunam area, silom and icon siam are very easy with BTS skytrain walking from the apartment within 200meters or less. You can also call a pickup service to the entrance of the building as well. The security is a little tight with keycard access and face recognition access nearly everywhere. We will have you register once the booking has confirmed.

Parties, smoking of any kinds are strictly prohibited but there is an area for smoking outside the building on the first floor. Never smoke in the unit and balcony. FINE is applied 2000baht/time. Carpark 2000baht/reservation (Headup information required)

You can walk in the local alleys and enjoy ARI local daily and weekend lives. There are many cool cafes and nice restaurants nearby to enjoy and stroll around throughout the chic&minimal ARI lifestyle.

The unit is exactly as described. It's only a 5-minute walk from the BTS station. The room is small but comfortable and very quiet. There are many restaurants and great street food in that area. Communication was good, too. I will definitely come back again!
