From start to finish, the best hotel stay in Bangkok. Highly recommend a club-level room to access the club lounge with evening canapés, cocktails and all day refreshments. The hotel staff are so kind and attentive. They also have a hotel app which made everything from order food, laundry and more water really easy. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is modern, clean, and right next to the BTS station, which made getting from the airport to the property very convenient. The service was excellent overall, and Kaew stood out with her exceptional care. She was so friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make everything feel special. The Mediterranean food at Trattoria@22 was fresh and really tasty, especially enjoying it with that poolside vibe. Breakfast in the executive lounge had a great variety too. Plenty of solid options to start the day. The pool area is beautiful. They have two stunning infinity pools. Our room had an amazing view over the Bangkok skyline. It was super relaxing and comfortable stay all around. I’d definitely go back.
