I have been here multiple times before and after COVID and regardless of the situations or what is going on around the world, the service remains the same. "Had a suite hotel. The rooms were outworn and there was a very high humidate despite the airconditioning was always on. It also had a smell of sewer most of the time. All my clothes in my suitcase were moisty and nothing could get dry inside. Even the hotel phone rang multiples times, even in the night, but the lobby couldn’t identify why. The best thing was the massage lady, very nice and gentle and even came with mango and bananas for free for my child. The resort is in walking distance to many shops nearby and has own private Beach, which is nice. The pool areas are also good. And breakfast is variable."
