The room was in good condition. The air conditioning ran a little warm. The pillows were very small and front desk. Staff seemed a little too busy to help customers.

Lord Baltimore Hotel
We are baffled by the good reviews of this place. The condition of the entire hotel was just in poor shape: the elevators, hallways, bedroom and bath. All were just ‘tired’. Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor
The staff was great, but the room was definitely a bit outdated/dingy. The walls were a really off-putting shade of yellow, and the bathroom definitely needed more attention, but otherwise everything was great!
