Decent hotel. Room was ok. AC did not seem to function properly. There was no body wash in the dispenser and when we asked for more we were given 2 micro bottles. Safe in the room was already locked when we got there. We were given free breakfast for our stay but that seemed to annoy the staff that served breakfast. Had to pay for parking at 36$ a night (or 26$ i forget). Wifi is 13$ a day.

This hotel meets and surpass any expectation you may have. There is a restaurant in the hotel with very tasty and fresh food. The friendly and professional staff @ the front desk we were assisted DeyShawn, we had a minor key issue that manager Jason, Security Angelo assisted with. The staff also assisted with places to go and eat. The hotel is conveniently located to the convention center, the aquarium and plenty of shops and restaurants.

This property is clean and the staff is friendly. The only inconvenience is paying for the parking and they do not offer free breakfast.

Inner harbor is full of bums everywere. Ceiling falling down in shower. Blood stains on sheets.Shaved Hair all over toilet seat. Phone had no cord on handset.toilet paper looked like somebody spit on it to seal fold back.no coffee for kureig.no cups just lids. Only 2 full size towels. I expected better.

We checked in and were expecting a 4 star hotel experience. That did not happen. The room we received was very dirty, the carpet wasn't vacuumed and looked pretty gross. The furniture fixtures were full of fingerprint, sticky stains and dirt, side table and desk were sticky and stained, bathroom wasn't clean, bed had sheets with holes on them... how is that a four star quality fit for a Marriott Renaissance hotel? I think that The management and housekeeping simply gave up on this location. After showing pictures to the front desk and being frowned upon, they asked a manager to come and she moved us to a different room. It was better, but still not up to a 4 Star standard. The shower in the new room had moldy spots on it and the furniture could have been cleaner. We wanted to end our trip after the first night but they refused to refund us, which we understand as we booked trough a third party. We will definitely take this with Expedia and we will contact corporate too as our experience was not a positive one at all. We paid a lot of money and all standards was really low at this hotel, it felt like we checked in at cheap, dirty motel. Would not recommend at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff--everyone is very outgoing and approachable. The pool is good for a hotel pool and has good hoirs. Parking is $35 (slightly less if you pay via the qr code vs at the desk) and the garage is patrolled regularly by security on foot and in vehicles which provides peace of mind.

We checked in late into the hotel after attending a concert and having dinner with friends. The gentleman at the reception desk was rude, not friendly or useful. It felt like we were imposing and made us feel bad for checking in late.

I got to the check in at 4:30 it took an hour to get through the line then once I got to the front desk they said the room wasn’t ready and that they’ll give a call when it is. Well they took another hour so I wasn’t in my room until 6:30. Everything else was fine.

Enjoyed my one night stay, room was very nice, clean, spacious. Ate at the restaurant for breakfast and had a good meal. Fitness center was in good shape and I had a good workout. Walked to a restaurant and the area was very nice. Would stay again.

I have been charged by Expedia for the room and the hotel charged me again for the room. I never got my money. Its Expedia who should get me back my money. So far nothing happened.

The front desk lady was very nice. Room had hairs and no trashbags for the trashcan. EVERYTHING looks very old. The phone service no one answer, for room service, either for food or any other request, no answer. I am not coming back to this hotel and wouldn’t recommend either. The rating is for the front desk lady and our waiter at the restaurant , they were both very kind.

This was the perfect location for a one night stay for us to visit the National Aquarium which was only two blocks away. Our room was missing body cleanser in the automatic dispenser, and there were weird white spots on the tv screen. Bed/bedding was super comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern.
