"Superb! We stayed on route back to Czech from Turkey and so pleased we booked here. The rooms are wonderful with good beds and pillows (a must for my wife) and great restaurant and breakfast. The service was equally as good with all the staff helpful and particularly Daniel and Milan in the restaurant who genuinely made us feel welcome and relaxed after 9 hours of travelling. Thank you and highly recommended!"

"Perfect location, just off Vitosha Boulevard and less than 10 minutes from Serdika station. Good size bedroom. I was in the 6th floor and it was very peaceful. Reception kindly stored my luggage for a few hours after check out. I would happily stay at the hotel again."

"This was a beautiful classic property in the center of the city and the front desk was helpful and friendly. There were plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. On this 6 night stay we only had the room cleaned one time and this was less than satisfactory. As the room was warm we requested an extra flat sheet for each twin bed. This would allow us to sleep cooler. When we returned that afternoon the flat sheets were missing and dirty towels were still on the shower floor. A call to the front desk brought the sheets and I chose to make the beds myself. While making the bed I discovered a stained mattress. I think we were both put off by this"
