Due to the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 outbreak, travelling today comes with more challenges than usual. Have a read over these useful tips before hopping on your plane to Balkan Mountains:

• Before locking in your flight, see if any travel bans or restrictions apply — in both your origin and destination. Get up-to-date information by reviewing government websites.
• When you go through airport screening, keep your face mask on. You will be required to lower it briefly to confirm your identity. Those who refuse to wear a face mask may be denied entry or boarding.
• Instead of handing a TSA agent your boarding pass, place it straight on the scanner yourself. Once that's done, hold it up for inspection.
• One liquid hand sanitizer container is now allowed in your carry-on baggage. It must be no larger than 12 oz (350 ml), and you'll need to remove it from your bag for X-ray screening.

• If you're bringing food on the plane with you, place it in a clear plastic bag and then into a screening bin. This reduces the likelihood that a TSA employee will need to handle your carry-on bag or food container for inspection.
