Great breakfast. Very responsive and helpful staff.

We stayed at The Oberoi over the EAster break and it was our second time there in 1 year. We booked 2 garden rooms and they were perfect. Near the pool and very private and peaceful. This place is amazing. Fantastic service and staff, this hotel is 5 star all the way. My daughter was sick and they called a doctor that arrived within 20 minutes. My wife and I spent five days of our honeymoon there, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hotel has excellent facilities, and everything is beautiful and immaculate. However, what truly stands out is the staff. The service is absolutely wonderful. We can only be grateful for every smile and for the kindness of every single person who works there. We would also like to thank all of these wonderful people. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I were looking for some relief from the Sydney winter and to escape the life rush and lazzz around for a week . The Tandjung Sari in July was an excellent choice for our needs . The staff are efficient and friendly, the restaurant and bar are of a quality standard . Love this hotel. Stayed there over Christmas with my family. The staff are lovely and always helpful. The rooms are a little dated but very comfortable. The location is great, not busy but close to the action if you want to take advantage of Ubud city centre.

We literally could not fault The Four Seasons Jimbaran. The location is stunning and feels tucked away and peaceful yet you’re within an easy stroll of beach from cafes and restaurants should you want to venture out an experience local cuisine. We also loved that the property has a very traditional Balinese feel to it - made for such a special feel to the place. The staff were fantastic also. Worthwhile downloading the Four Seasons app so you can just message the staff should you need anything....

Impressive hotel/resort, the rooms are amazing with a private pool and garden. The restaurant is also very good, with many options and very high-quality food. The staff is very friendly and they will do everything to make your stay super comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel/resort, you will not regret it.

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had away and the staff were so friendly. The property was clean and well maintained and not loud and noisy. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful resort, lovely private villa with pool in a quiet picturesque part of Ubud. The Spa service was amazing. All the staff were exceptional, with nothing being too difficult.

Amazing new resort, very helpful and friendly staff, fantastic food, breakfast is great, I had an excellent steak for dinner. I highly recommend this resort. One minor issue is that there is no bathroom upstairs where the bedroom is in their villas, you have to go downstairs for bathroom needs.

The villas are in a great location (just meters from the main drag but still very quiet). The thing that distinguishes Amana villas from others is the superior service offered by its staff. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and were more than happy to offer advice on things to see and do. Absolutely amazing! We stayed here for 4 nights in the private pool villa with valley view. The room was incredible, spacious and clean and serviced twice a day if needed. The staff from the reception, to the restaurant, to the cleaners and gardeners were all extremely friendly and made us feel more than welcome.
