"From the time we arrived which was 12.30pm we were told our room was ready and we could check in early. We were greeted on arrival with a cold refreshing Lemongrass Tea and some delicious dried Broad Beans. We arrived in our room 107 to the most beautiful smell which was an oil burner with an exotic smell in oil our bathroom. Our room was so clean and the added bonus was the water cooler with both hot/cold water. Every morning our room was serviced by the wonderful staff who were very helpful...

"I had a 2 night booking in a Junior Suite but when I arrived I was given a Deluxe room instead. In the morning I spoke with reception, a very nice guy who checked everything and admitted that they were in error for the booking. I was given the option of a refund or for the second night to be upgraded to the President Suite, which I took up.
