the resort was gorgeous, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the resort it self is very quite , we spend 5 nights there ,and there were nothing happening to keep the guests entertained , the TVs in the rooms weren't working , there was no activates during the day or night time, the plus point was that we had access to their sister resorts and they had shuttles provided for transportation , we kept ourself busy exploring the sister resorts and would come back to rest up at Pacifica .

Overall, the trip was great. We went with a few families. Our room was incredible and noted as an upgrade. It must be a time share room given the size, amount of closets, full kitchen, etc. Two large rooms, huge living room, three bathrooms. What they didn’t mention was the construction taking place directly in front of the room which was manageable giving the living space. Those rooms will have a new hotel directly in front of them, blocking its ocean view in the future. Food was good overall. Best meals were the restaurants downtown. We went on a full day fishing trip. The first restaurant located by the dock was outdoor seafood and it was by far the best meal we had. We tried booking it again with a larger group and were told that it was fully booked and we were limited to one restaurant downtown which was Italian. While eating, we noticed that all the other inclusive “included” restaurants were half empty which we didn’t love seeing. Dislikes on this trip were the constant signing of receipts while sitting by the pools. I’m used to an all inclusive simply being a wrist band and ordering food and drinks, no receipts and pressure to sign them, this was a first and they were not happy if you forgot to sign a receipt. Kept feeling like they were going to sneak additional costs for food and alcohol that we may not have been aware of. Also wish that the golf would have been included. In the end, we had no hidden costs and the trip was great.
