Good place for the party goers only. Not too many annoying people. Constant blackouts for a minute or 2 everyday. Cellphone signals is not too good. Roads are not maintained well, lots of potholes

The resort is in a beautiful location on the river. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The whole site is very clean and welcoming and the bed one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Overall our stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Keep in mind this is located in a neighborhood not in the resort areas of Goa. Many restaurants in walking distance. The pool was clean and enjoyable.

When I asked for a refund because the hotel was dirty and my room was not ready I was refused because I had booked via Expedia. Whole experience was unacceptable and as I had to book and pay for another hotel I’m out $600+
