"I stayed at the hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Chaha and Dhiran, were outstanding. Chaha was extremely sweet, polite, and caring in her behaviour, which made me and My Wife feel so comfortable. Dhiran was also very professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. "I had a great stay and would recommend this place; however, we were initially allocated a room that had a strong cigarette smell, so we had to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room also had a foul odor, reminiscent of cigarettes. Additionally, there was a strange bleach smell throughout our entire stay, which may be related to the cleaning products used. On a positive note, the staff were very polite and friendly, and room service was excellent. The room itself was airy, spacious, and modern, including the bathroom. The hotel is located in a fantastic area. I would consider returning, but only if there are no unpleasant smells in the room. Overall, my stay was great."
