"The place seemed nice, but on the first night there was an emergency and we had to leave. The beds had barely been mussed, as we had only been in the house for a few hours. The manager said he would work with us on the rate, but then demanded full payment afterwards. If he had been honest at first, it would have been understandable. But I feel that lying is unacceptable. I cannot recommend renting from dishonest people."

"Savio was extremely helpful throughout. The rooms are basic but adequate. It is literally 20 paces from Calangute beach with great shacks. A stones throw from the busy centre of calangute. We did have electrical cuts everyday but there was work being done nearby and lamps were provided. Very clean and well maintained. If you go get some good directions from Savio as our taxi driver struggled to find it despite sat nav. Very easy to find once you are there."
