"For the price, this hotel is an absolute steal! it's so beautiful and offers incredible views. BE WARNED though, the hotel is located at the verrrrrrrry top of a mountain so bring snacks as there are no shops near by. But we didnt mind that at all. "Good and quick email response with the hotel- prior to our visit, with few queries. Check-in was so easy and particularly, Rebecca a very cheerful young lady behind the desk made a big difference. Room adequate, clean, balcony with good view of the beach and beach is 2minutes walk from the hotel. Transport is just outside the hotel to Palma city centre. Breakfast was good with wide choice of continental. Aircon could have been better - only issue with me, but no problem this time of the year. "

"Fontsanta Hotel & its property are beautiful. The restaurant is simply amazing & so is the service there (thank you, Fatima). The front desk staff was helpful (especially Carolina). The housekeeping staff was top-notch. Our room could use some touch-ups in terms of paint, but the cleanliness was perfect. The spa area is a pleasant bonus but a tad run down in spots. Can definitely recommend a stay!"

"Overall it was a quite disappointing experience. Very dirty shower and not clean room at all. Some things like AC did not work properly and there was no parking as they claimed. The receptionist at the check in was not nice. On the plus side it was totally fine food with nice paella, nice rooftop bar and other service was nice! "
