Everything about the area and hotel was amazing but the real stand-out areas have to be the staff and the food. The staff are truly wonderful. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming, from room maintenence to front of house to pool security to bar staff. Eveyone. Then the food!!!!! Such choice and quality is a real plus point. I cleared my plate every day. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in front of the beach and is halfboard. There dinner menu changes everyday and has many option. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The location was amazing, the staff couldn’t be any more helpful if they tried. They were incredible from start to finish with the largest of smiles. Would truly recommend. Incredible value for money

Great hotel at a great value - clean and comfortable rooms with great views, good selection on the breakfast and dinner buffet and ideal location right across the way from the beach. One thing to note is that the area primarily draws German tourists and is surrounded by German restaurants and nightclubs - which means for those travelling from other countries and looking for more traditional Spanish food and fare, you have to travel into town and away from the hotel.

Hotel was brilliant, it’s in a mainly German tourist area, but that wasn’t a problem. Party area, but didn’t hear anything. Early morning walks were interesting seeing the aftermath of the Germans night out.

Food variety was perfect

The hotel receptionist where very friendly the food variety was 10/10 beach near by this hotel would of been better in summer however the rooms are very small and the rooms no slippers , bath robes nothing was provided for a 4* hotel I was expecting it to be abit better but over all I would rate it 7/10

Good surprise in El Arenal

Building located in the Arenal area, sea front. Team is outstanding: professional, polite, customer oriented. Buffet dinner is way above expectations showing variety and quality, Breakfast is good and room is comfortable and clean. A small remark: room soundproof is not that great meaning that in pick season, neighbour rooms and corridor noise can be bothersome.

I turned up to a hotel booked three months ago, and paid for at that time as well. It was late in the evening, ca 10pm local time. They told me they had no room for us (including my elderly mother) and that we needed to go to a different hotel. Not one person apologised, they told us they were upset with their sales department for overselling, but didn’t consider that we might have had concerns on it too. They moved us from an adult only hotel to one full of children. Somehow three glasses of beer at dinner that we weren’t planning to eat that neither of us drink was to make this better? The hotel treated us with contempt. Eventually we could move back to the hotel we actually booked but we were punished by losing the twin room we booked and received a double bed instead. Absolute disaster of a trip? I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located next to a very noisy street and they are unable to control the noise outside, therefore if you are on the wrong side of the hotel you will experience very uncomfortable amounts of noise all night long. There is no way to know this until you’ve arrived at your room. Some parts face quiet sections.

Superbe séjour ! Chambre confortable avec une vue splendide et hôtel très bien situé. Attention, le quartier est très fréquenté par des touristes allemands qui aiment faire la fête, ce qui peut être bruyant la nuit. Mais heureusement les fenêtres sont adéquates

Todo muy bien, El hitel esta situado en una zona de muchos bares y antros, no molesta el ruido, solo tengan cuidado de carteristas y gente q busca robar relojes, telefonos y carteras en esa calle. Todo lo demas excelente.

La struttura è bella e funzionale, la camera forse un pochino piccola ma pulita ogni giorno in maniera maniacale. Il cibo è buono, con molta varietà di pietanze e di buona qualità. Il personale è sempre molto cortese e sorridente, sempre disponibili e professionali. Nei dintorni, ci molti locali dove poter mangiare e bere. La zona è molto frequentata e c'è confusione anche di notte (in prevalenza tedeschi). Si trova proprio di fronte la spiaggia, dove ci sono ombrelloni e lettini gestiti direttamente dal comune.

Quel gâchis pour cet hôtel, tous ces gens saouls qui passent leur temps à boire, crier et vomir de 12h jusqu'au milieu de la nuit. Dans tout le quartier et toutes les rue qui entourent l'hôtel. Impossible de dormir avant tard dans la nuit. On s'est fait avoir, en espérant que cet avis serve à ses lecteurs.
