"Check in am Telefon für 9:00 Uhr geklärt und bestätigt bekommen. Dann bei Ankunft wusste der neue Mitarbeiter von nichts. Bisher kein Geld zurück erhalten, da sowohl das Hotel als auch Expedia nicht fähig waren, die Buchung zu stornieren. Sowohl das Hotel als auch Expedia wird von mir gemieden. Unfassbar schlechter Service."

"Wir haben das Garner Hotel HH Nord für einen Familienaufenthalt genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel präsentiert sich als ehrliche und faire Unterkunft, die hält, was sie verspricht. Die Erreichbarkeit ist gut, was für uns ein klarer Pluspunkt war. Die Zimmer sind sauber, nett designt und überzeugten uns durch gute Bettwaren, die für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgten. "Tolles Hotel "

"Nice breakfast and great facilities for a family with teenagers. Not so easy for people who don't know German as signs and information was only in German. Our sofabed was not made up and towels where missing although we booked for four persons. It was still not done for the evening as they promised. It worked out in the end thanks to the friendly night portier. The bowling area was not so clean. Pool table cues broken."
