"The hotel was half disaster and half nice. The lobby was super nice. The room bathroom was really nice. The bed was comfy. But many other areas were battered and shabby. The fridge shelves were rusty. The kitchenette has no utensils, cookware, plates, cups, or anything like that. Zero. We had no hot water the first morning and it would not get fixed until after we had to leave for the day. The "hot" breakfast wasn't ready yet so we got a bag with a banana, a granola bar, a honey bun, and a small SunnyD. I had to hunt across many floors to finally find an icemaker that worked after the first several did not. I will certainly never stay here again."

"I was given a big room I paid for but it was dirty. Water still in the hot tub. He wanted me to go in the hot tub to let the water out. Ew. No. Then I got another room for it not to be cleaned either. There 20 mins $70 in Ubers to in from here. Don’t recommend. Lobby the only thing clean. "

"It’s a good option for an overnight stay. Convenient to shopping & restaurants. Lovely neighborhood nearby to walk and unwind. Rooms are a little dark and drab but clean. Nice lobby with good coffee bar"

"This location was terrible, roaches crawling on the bed, we had to pay 5 dollars for an extra key, the card kept getting inactive. There was a mildew smell in the sink area. I had to keep going to the office to get key card to work. It was very inconvenient for me. One worker there was rude."

"The staff was very friendly; which is always a plus. Even when my flight was delayed and arrived at 3AM, they were going to send the driver. It's a nice atmosphere in the hotel. I liked the availability of so many charging ports of varying types for all of my devices. I didn't get breakfast, but it was available. Good job. "
