Definitely wouldn't stay here again. The only nice thing was the breakfast. The area is sooooo sketchy. There were homeless people and what I assume people on drugs in the area. I had no other choice but to stay here since our room was paid for and non refundable. The room was clean but there was tile falling off in the restroom and NO HOT WATER! I called the front desk and they informed me the pipe was busted and they didn't have an ETA of when it would be fixed. If this doesn't keep you away maybe the gunshots we heard at night will.

The room was clean, though that's about all it had going for it. We had a water outage which they told us would be for 2 hours which ended up being 6 hours with not much follow-up communication after that initial message. Of the two elevators, only one worked. The holes were thick with the scent of air freshener. Needless to say, i suspect that the only way that they manage to justify their rate is because it is very very well located

The inside of the hotel and rooms were emaculant. Fresh scent throughout the whole hotel. Because of the area do not be deceived. Although there was trash outside you cannot control what others do. I really enjoyed the stay there. Hot and conventional breakfast was included. I did not encounter any problems during my stay. This is a gem that will get over looked due to the area. The staff treat people with kindness. You can't always judge by looks and it was affordable.Parking was easy, check-in was easy. I would stay again.

I requested twice for them to snake the shower drain and refresh the room. We were told 2 days in a row that everything would be taken care of, then they just shrugged us off when we asked why nothing was done. Breakfast was less than expected, but edible. The cleaning staff and breakfast servers were polite and professional. The A/C was ok we had to leave ours on high fan and at like 70 degrees.

The staff were quick and polite, the rooms and hallways clean, the elevator light was broken (I believe it’s fixed now) and the hallways feel a little dark, but my stay was very comfortable and checking in and out was very quick !!

Not a good area, and the property photos are definitely ‘touched up’ to what it actually is. The staff were great for the property they are having to manage. The entire building smelt of mold and fresh bleach. Missing shower curtain in one room and the queen bed was broken in the middle or ‘worn’ as we were told. Our other room was hot and missing towels, and toiletries. The workout room had a terrible mold smell that wasn’t tolerable. Lots of dead roaches in the hallways. Breakfast ran out quickly and the bagels were molded. When the attendant was told about the mold, she just pulled the first few and left the rest. We had a random person enter our room early in the AM. (Using their room card) With all those issues- the staff handled our situations well.. but I don’t feel these issues should have existed.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our family vacation with my husband, our toddler, and our infant, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, comfortable, family-friendly, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. A perfect place for families traveling with young children. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended. 😊
