The room was very clean. Staff friendly. Also, had to get them to fix TV and she was nice and friendly doing that. Phones were not working so had to go down to report the problem, so that was a little bit of a problem, but otherwise everything was good!!!

This was a very nice room for the price convenient airport shuttle, and continental breakfast being included was definitely a plus I would definitely stay there again if I was in the Dallas area near the airport flying out the next morning early again

Unfortunate that someone had made black marks with a pin all over the floor of our room and even on the shower wall. Tub in rough shape. Pillows are terrible. But a convenient location and staff is great!

The room showed clear signs of wear and tear, and the furniture was old and outdated. The door would not lock properly. While we were there, another guest’s car window was broken and police had to respond. I would not recommend this hotel. It felt more like a motel. Good: Breakfast was hot and decent. The staff was friendly, and the public areas were clean.

I could talk to them via text which was super nice. I text to remind them we would be a late arrival (like 12:30am) and they had a room for us (it was not cancelled). The staff was friendly and the room was fine for one night, near the airport. A bit dated but we didn't pick it as a luxury hotel but one of convenience, to catch some rest before driving to Waco, TX.

The hotel is okay as an airport hotel where you stay for few hours, otherwise, it's not desirable. The rooms are dark, carpets are stained, bathtubs are not clean. We needed to use the shuttle to go to the airport but when we went to book it on the evening before, we were told that it was already fully booked. The pool looked good but we didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was great!

The room was a great value. Seemed clean and well kept up. Breakfast wasn’t great but not bad. Two tv’s and one remote was an issue and the only trash can was in the bathroom. That being said next trip to Dallas I’ll stay here again.
