"Great location, good breakfast, heavily understaffed reception / bar area, to some extent unfriendly staff, rooms too warm, no refrigerator, no proper A/C, crowded and small gym, cleaning only if you tell them the night before (if you get somebody at the reception)"

"Nice property and we had a comfortable stay. Close to bus 100 stop to visit all tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet was the best. Kids enjoyed the stay."

"The staff were very kind and helpful. Myself and my friend stayed in a twin room which was very clean, with all necessary amenities. if we ever needed something, the staff sorted it out very quickly. Also, the beds were SUPER comfy. Definitely would recommend!"

"Ligger lige op af Berlin Hbf, så perfekt, når man er med tog. Ligger også centralt til mange seværdigheder. Værelset (standard) er lille, men pænt og rent og dejligt, med et lille køleskab. Savnede en elkedel til en kop kaffe på værelset. Vi blev spurgt om opgradering af værelse, da vi ankom, hvilket var træls og unødvendigt, vi havde jo valgt hjemmefra. Simpelt, men fin morgenmadsbuffet. Vi vil godt booke det samme hotel igen."

"We had an unpleasant experience when we sat in the tables outside of the restaurant. We sate down with our groceries from the market and she became very annoyed that we weren't allowed to sit there. I went to go look at the menu and wasn't sure if i wanted to eat there. She said we weren't allowed to be there. It was pretty rude. We weren't planning on eating there, but they don't give you grocery bags so we had a few things with us, since our flight left at 5am, however, we should be able to sit for a second, as paying guest, to make an informed decision. "
