"Our stay in downtown Durango was great. The condo was just as advertised. Booking was easy as was communication with manager. Checkin and checkout went smoothly. The condo was clean, lovely, and well appointed. The view from the living room was great. The condo was right in the heart of downtown and we were able to walk to shopping, bars and restaurants. The garage parking was secure. We will stay in this condo again."

"Such an amazing experience and awesome place for my family and I to stay as we attended my son’s graduation from Fort Lewis College. "Our stay was nice. The location is great. There are a couple of things that should be attached to. One or more of the stove knobs is broken, which makes using some of the burners unsafe. There is at least one of the kitchen pullouts that is broken. The freezer smelled like fish. Please stoke tissues for the house. We had one partial box. We still had a nice stay and would stay here again in the future."

"Beautiful clean property in a great location. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and will be renting it again if we come back to the area. The only thing I would warn against is that the parking is a little tight so I wouldn’t recommend bringing a large vehicle."

"This was a great stay for a work trip that occurred during holidays, and we really enjoyed Durango from this location. Everything was just exactly perfect except for I had to do a small bit of cleaning upon arrival, and more importantly, the dryer heat seemed to vent directly into that closet (not sure if it was venting outside)."

"This was a great option for my kiddos who wanted to camp, and for me who didn't want to deal with setting up or breaking down a camp! The folks from the front office were wonderful and very accommodating to a last minute change in the number kiddos coming on our trip. According to my daughter, we'll be staying here every time we're in the Durango area!"
