10/10 Excellent
"We had a nice peaceful stay at Camp Kimberly. The home was comfortable with modern amenities. Great view, saw lots of creatures. Had a nice hike along the trail. If you’re looking for quiet, besides the occasional moo, this is a wonderful place."

Ranch House on the River

Ranch House on the River

8/10 Good
"It was so serene and quiet. It was a bit hot during the day, there is no AC and there was a hot spell in Colorado for sure. It cooled off at night!! The house has plenty of space for 4 people and pets. Puzzles, games, and movies for indoor entertainment. I love the little shaded grassy area overlooking the river. The hot tub was very relaxing in the evening. Check-in was easy and seemless. There really is very little to no cell service, but the wi-fi connection was nice if needed. We went up to disconnect, so that was not a problem for us. Thank you for the lovely stay."

"This was our third time to rent 300 Maverick and it consistently maintains its status as best rental for our family. The cabin is located in a healthy Ponderosa forest with abundant wildlife. The cabin is simple but luxurious and welcoming. The sunsets are breathtaking. And the fishing at Echo Canyon Reservoir, two miles away, is superb!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is brand new and in excellent condition. There were some waters in the fridge and snacks on the counter which was a nice touch, haven't experienced that before. We have family that lives a couple houses up the hill so the location was perfect. We already booked it again for December."
