- A few minutes walk from historic Axbridge pubs and 3 miles from Cheddar Gorge and at the foot of the Mendips this quirky house has lots of character and surprises. Originally a farm house this house is now a blend of medieval and Georgian styles with its large windows. flagstones and elegant fireplaces. A formal Dining room seats up to 16, a sunny Sitting Room a Morning Room and a TV/play room means there is lots of flexible space for family and friends to share. This is a great base for those who enjoy the outdoors - walking, climbing,cycling, golf.
