The house had everything we needed for a cosy and comfortable stay and everything we used was in good working order (oven/hob, wifi, tv, shower). "Great location next to terminal. Check in was so quick and simple. All the staff were fantastic, polite and efficient but special mention to the supervisor/manager Lauren. So friendly, efficient and professional. I haven't stayed here for a number of years, but remembered her from last time as she helped us and was brilliant the last visit. Room was spotless, housekeeping do a wonderful job. Possibly cleanest room I've ever stayed in home and abroad. I will always use this hotel when flying from Bristol."
