"We had an upstairs room looking out over the bay. It is a strange arrangement with the bathroom room and small galley kitchen between the living room and bedroom and accessible from both. However it works just fine. The person on reception was very friendly and helpful. The motel is right on the

and boardwalk and a 10 minute walk into town. Thoroughly recomment if staying in Gisborne."
