"The apartment is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The appliances work well, linens are generous as are dishes. The apartment is close to tourist venues but in a quiet neighbourhood. Our hostess, Frédérique was charming and gave us excellent advice for restaurants and day trips, and invaluable taxi assistance."

"A perfect location for our time in Provence. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There was free parking a few minutes down the street and the #5 bus was an easy trip into Avignon. "Delightful bijou apartment in a quiet area but close to main thoroughfares. Easy walking all around the old city. Boulangerie, small supermarket, various shops and cafes within 200m. Private terrace with views over the pan-tiled roofs and the papal palace, not overlooked. Host pleasant and courteous. Shower room doorway quite low, but spacious shower and plenty of hot water. Not perhaps for the very tall or those who want to cook full meals, but it suited me perfectly."

"Everything with the unit was good except parking is a very big challenge. You cannot get within 3-4 blocks of the unit with a car because it is in a restricted area. The stairwell to get to the unit is very dark, narrow and winding. It was very difficult to manage luggage. The host needs to provide more detail about these things before arrival."

"Comfortable apartment with plenty of space. Kitchen a little small, but had everything we needed. Lovely terrace, though we were there in November and were only warm enough to use it a few times. A little tricky to find the first time, especially since buildings in area can interfre with Google maps reception, but signs to black oak theatre helped, once we found it the first time. "I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "

"The area does not feel safe. Although it is on hotels.com, it does not have a 24 hour front desk. The check-in time is 3pm - 7pm. The place does not provide an alternative check-in method unless arranged before hand. We were traveling during the day without connectivity and were not able to receive their email. When we arrived in the evening, we had no way to check-in, and had to book a different hotel in the mid of the night. Afterwards, they refused to refund even we did not stay at the...
