"This is hands down the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful since the moment we walked in. Their customer Service is top notch. The free shuttle that the hotel provides into the city was very convenient and after a long trip, the spa was the perfect way to wind down and relax. In addition, the rooftop bar and staff was an added bonus to an already beautiful experience. They made travel to the airport easy in the morning by arranging us a taxi the night prior. Very pleased with everything at Gold Tower! I did put four stars for location as the area around the hotel did not seem like the best to walk around in all the time; however, again, I felt completely safe at the hotel and the services they provide to help us get around were top notch."

"Very convenient, large hotel with 50's decor. Recently refurbished except for the first floor that kept the original details.... which got us a junior suite (a living room and a bedroom and a fabulous view of the Bay of Naples.) Would recommend this hotel. "

"Perfect hotel for those who want/need to stay by the main station. Staff service was excellent, very accommodating of my large group’s requests. The rooms were surprisingly big. There is a lovely terrace on the 7th floor, with great views of Vesuvius and the bay of Naples. Metro station and major bus routes just steps away from the front door."

"I stayed in Room #310 for 5 nites (in the heart of Piazza Garibaldi). Excellent location to train, Metro & buses, including Alibus stop direct to airport. Many cafés & street food kiosks nearby along with excellent restaurants & pizzerias. Staff incredibly accommodating, especially Damiana & Giovanni. From my street side balcony, I could see Vesuvius (especially enchanting at sunrise). My second time staying at B&B in 3 years."
